Welcome! I'm Sachin. Ramen Diaries is a supper club that brings together the bold, comforting flavours of my Punjabi-British heritage with my appreciation for Japanese ingredients, techniques, and great ramen. Over a few courses, I'll be showing you how naturally these two cuisines complement each other, alongside carefully selected wines, cocktails, and music.
I'm joined in the kitchen by George, who I met while studying at Waseda University in Tokyo. We bonded over our shared love of ramen, and soon began searching far and wide for the perfect bowl. Eventually, we worked together at a restaurant in Hokkaido. That's us with our old head chef, Kondo-san.
Fast forward a few years and kitchens later, I've arrived at Ramen Diaries. Each supper club menu brings new bowls, and ideas to the table, built around our in-house noodles and the finest ingredients we can source.
